We think a business is mostly a pile of decisions. What to do, why, what could go wrong, and what actually happened afterwards. Most software stores the data and leaves the deciding to a tired owner at 11 PM. We built the opposite. The conversations and the orders run through our platform, and Loop sits on top of it, so it sees the decision, the action and the result in the same place. Nothing goes live without the owner's say-so, and anything can be rolled back.

We started with chat commerce because that's where decisions are made fastest and skipped most often. The engine underneath doesn't much care whether the decision is a win-back campaign, a courier lane or a reorder quantity. It cares that the decision comes up again, that it can be measured, and that you can check how it went. That's the company. Good decisions, at the speed the business moves, with a person saying yes to each one.
